Vincent is a graduate of E.B.S. international business school (Paris, Madrid, London).

He has joined Natixis Pramex International for 15 years where he managed local subsidiaries in Madrid (Spain), New York (USA) and Hong Kong – China before setting up Natixis Pramex regional head office covering all Asia with subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Bangkok and Mumbai. In his last year and a half at Natixis Pramex, he became one of the 5 members of Natixis Pramex Executive Committee and company’s international development director, supervising the launch of new subsidiaries.

Vincent has advised hundreds of companies and provided assistance in the development of trade business (import and export), incorporation of local subsidiaries and international expansion through external growth.

Vincent is also the founder of Catapulte Limited, holding company implementing ventures in business and corporate projects.

Connie Liu

Connie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in language studies with business and a Master Degree in human resources management.

She has over 10 years of experience in management consulting field. She has been assisting foreign companies in setting up and managing their subsidiaries in Hong Kong and other Asian countries such as China and Singapore. She has broad expertise in advising clients on their business operations covering different areas including accounting, financial reporting, taxation practice, legal compliance and human resources management.

She worked for an international consulting firm under a French banking group specializing in corporate management for clients and internal financial control and administration for Asia Pacific region. She is also a co-founder of Catapulte Limited, holding company investing in different business ventures and implementing various corporate projects.

Connie is a founding Partner of Orbis Hong Kong.

Valentin Moriceau

Valentin is a graduate of Pantheon-Sorbonne university (Paris 1) where he obtained a Master degree in Business and Tax law in partnership with HEC Paris Business School. He also completed a Master degree in Business Law at Pantheon-Assas university (Paris 2) in 2014. In top of that, Valentin passed the Paris Bar exam in 2015 and is now a French-qualified lawyer.

Prior to joining ORBIS, Valentin has worked for prominent law firms in Paris and Hong Kong, providing legal guidance to entrepreneurial business set up in several jurisdictions. He also provided corporate services assistance to the members of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong.

Thank to these previous working experiences, his knowledge and understanding of the Asian and European markets only make him a stronger match for the coordination of ORBIS different divisions and its international clients.

Valentin is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
