Roel R. Baduria has a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines graduating with Latin Honors – Cum Laude in 1990 and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a year after. He is currently on leave in 3rd year of study from the same University pursuing a Bachelor of Laws Degree.

He started his career as junior auditor of SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, and has then moved on to various professional and business endeavours.

He is an accredited CPA in Public Practice by the Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines.

As a CPA for 26 years now, he has an extensive training and experience in assisting companies engaged in manufacturing, events management, construction, information technology, education, food and hospitality services, and other related companies. He specializes in External Audit, Tax Audit, Management Services and Business Review Services providing business insights behind the numbers.

He is the founder and managing partner of ORBIS Philippines (formerly known as BADURIA AND COMPANY, CPAs), an audit and management consultancy firm established in the Philippines back in 2001.
