Danai is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University, where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in law (1998), a Master Degree in Business & Administration (2006) and completed a course in Real Estate development and management (2009).
He has advised Thai and foreign clients for the past 20 years with an extensive expertise in Business Law, Corporate Establishment, Real Estate Transactions, Business Promotion, Intellectual Property and Trademark Law. Danai is a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2000.

Alexandre is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Lille (II), where he obtained a LLM in International and European law (1999).
He has advised and assisted European clients in Foreign investment, Corporate and Commercial matters, contractual drafting and negotiation in Asia, particularly in Thailand and Hong Kong, for more than 10 years.
Alexandre has also served the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce as President. He has lectured on and authored several academic, commercial articles and presentations at Business forums and currently represents the firm at Interlegal International network.

Nuttakorn Sorakun

Nuttakorn is a graduate of Assumption University, where he obtained a LLB (2006). He has advised Thai and foreign clients in Corporate, Labor, Immigration and Commercial Law. He has also an extensive expertise in litigation and dispute resolution related to Business, Civil, Criminal, Intellectual Property, and Cyber Crime Law.
He is a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2008 as well as a Notarial Services Attorney since 2009. Nuttakorn has also completed the Barrister-at-Law requirements of the institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.

Franck is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Strasbourg) in France and College of Europe (Bruges) in Belgium and trained with a major international law firm before moving to Thailand in 2002. He is co-founder and Managing Director of Ananda Intellectual Property Limited.
With over fifteen years of practice in Asia (Thailand and China), Franck supervises the firm’s management of trademark and patent portfolio of both local and international clients. Franck also handles litigation and infringement matters in relation to patents, copyright and trademarks primarily in Thailand, China and South East-Asia.
Edouard James

Edouard is a graduate of NEOMA Business School in Rouen, France where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business in 2013. He also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration program at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2011.
He is a former property consultant and foreign business advisor and has now gained over 10 years of working experience here in Thailand.
Given his background, he is able to work in multicultural environments and ensures the coordination between ORBIS different departments and its international clients.
Jakrapat Rattanasangkumchorn

Jakrapat is a graduate of Thammasat University, where he obtained a LL.B. (2010) with Certification of Commercial and Business laws and a member of the Lawyers’ Council of Thailand since 2011.
